Sexy star Jessica Biel maintains her toned body by following a strict diet for six days, followed by a day of enjoying whatever she feels like she has revealed.
'When I'm working and I eat healthily all week, I then give myself one day - usually Sunday - when I just eat what I want, the actress said. 'You have to, otherwise your mind goes a little nutso.'
The A Team star also admitted she cuts out bread, dairy, sugar, salt and doesn't eat much meat when she is working and that her fitness regime includes sessions with a personal trainer two to three times a week.
Hitting the gym, hiking and ballet also helped her stay in shape, Biel said.
But 28 year-old says she is no saint in the health department. 'I'm not a perfect person who doesn't mess up, eat bad, not work out - I do all those things,' she told UK’s Glamour magazine.
